The Service

Tunee is an AI music agent that turns your ideas, lyrics, audio and references into songs, music videos and related visual content. We may add, change or remove features as the product evolves.

Accounts

You need an account to generate content. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Tunee.

Credits and Subscriptions

• Each paid plan includes monthly credits plus daily check-in credits. Monthly credits refresh every billing cycle.
• Failed generations are not charged — credits are deducted only for successful outputs.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and annual plans are billed at the discounted monthly rate.
• You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your billing settings at any time. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if a purchase did not work out.

Your Content and Rights

Music generated during an active paid subscription belongs to you with full, perpetual commercial rights. Tunee claims no ownership and charges no additional royalties for commercial use.

Free plan outputs may be used for non-commercial purposes with attribution such as "Created by Tunee AI". Upgrade to a paid plan to unlock copyright and commercial rights for works created earlier.

You keep the copyright in original lyrics, melodies and materials you upload. You are responsible for making sure your uploads do not infringe the rights of others.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Tunee to create content that infringes third-party rights, impersonates real people without permission, or violates applicable law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to bypass credits and rate limits.

AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated music and video are probabilistic. We do not guarantee that outputs are unique or that they qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction. For registrations, disputes or significant commercial uses, consider advice from a qualified local legal professional.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout, and taxes may apply depending on your location. Refunds are handled according to the Subscription Agreement and applicable consumer law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Tunee after an update means you accept the revised terms.
