Frequently asked questions
What kinds of credits are there, and when do they expire?+
Each plan includes monthly credits plus daily check-in credits. Monthly credits refresh every billing cycle and unused monthly credits roll over while your subscription stays active. Check-in credits are valid for the current cycle.
How many songs or MVs can I make with my credits?+
Costs depend on the model and length you choose. As a reference, 6,300 credits are about 875 songs or 1,853 seconds of video on the entry plan, and 27,400 credits are about 3,806 songs or 8,099 seconds of video on Ultra.
Am I charged when a generation fails or when I retry?+
Failed generations are not charged. Credits are only deducted for successful outputs, so you can retry freely while you refine a track.
How do I get more credits? Can I buy them separately?+
You can top up at any time with the Buy Credits option, and every paid plan also includes daily check-in credits at no extra cost.
How do the daily check-in credits work?+
Sign in each day and tap the check-in button to collect the daily credits included with your plan. They stack on top of your monthly credits and keep your workflow moving every day.
Which payment methods are supported?+
All major credit and debit cards are supported through our secure checkout. Your card details never touch our servers.
How is the subscription billed? Does it auto-renew?+
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you pick, and renew automatically until you cancel. Annual billing gives you the discounted monthly rate shown on each card.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+
Open your billing settings and switch plans at any time. Changes take effect immediately and any remaining balance is prorated toward your new plan.
What is the refund policy?+
If a purchase does not work out, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will help make it right. See the Subscription Agreement for the full details.
