Information We Collect

We collect the account information you provide or that your identity provider shares (name, email address, profile picture and the provider you sign in with, such as Google).

We record usage details: the tracks and videos you create, the prompts and references you submit, credits you spend and general interaction data that keeps the studio working.

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Stripe. We receive the payment status, plan and billing identifiers — never your full card number.

We also process technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and the cookies required for sign-in, security and aggregate analytics.

How We Use Information

• To create and secure your account, including Google sign-in.
• To run the music and video generation you request and to keep your library and history.
• To process subscriptions, credit packs and invoices.
• To measure product usage in aggregate and improve the studio.
• To send service messages such as receipts, security notices and policy updates.

Your Music and Videos

Your prompts, uploads and generations are stored so you can revisit, download and remix them. We do not sell your content, and we do not use your private generations to train our models. Content you choose to publish publicly may be shown in showcases such as customer stories.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session security, and analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can block cookies in your browser, but sign-in and checkout may stop working.

Data Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.

Security

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, restrict internal access to production systems, and rely on industry-standard providers for hosting, payments and email.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.

Children

Tunee is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date.
